The Short Version

We don't have your data. Period. MathorNOT does not have a server. Your math photos go directly from your browser to Groq AI using your personal API key. There is no MathorNOT server — just static code hosted on Cloudflare's CDN.

How MathOrNOT Works

Your Phone → Groq AI (api.groq.com) → Your Phone — your key
Your Phone → MathOrNOT Servers → Anything

You snap a photo of a math problem or type it in.
Your browser sends the photo or text directly to Groq's API using your personal API key.
Groq's AI reads the problem, solves it step by step, and verifies the answer.
Your browser displays the verification results.

There is no MathOrNOT server. The website is a static page hosted on Cloudflare's CDN.

What We Collect

Your API Key

Your Groq API key is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. It is:

Never transmitted to MathOrNOT — only to api.groq.com
Never visible to us
Deletable at any time via the settings panel or clearing browser data
